|I think it would be definitely worth you rummaging through fandom blogs on tumblr and seeing if you can find any resources on where organised zines get their books and merch printed, because you'll have a much nicer product overall when you're finished. Maybe you'll even find some people who have independently created their own art + fic books without professional printers!
You don't need to be able to draw digitally to digitise your art, remember! All you need is a good scanner and/or a decent camera, a tripod, and somewhere parallel to the camera to hang/pin up your art. Once you've got your photos and scans done, you can open the files in a free art program like GIMP to adjust their colours/white balance/contrast and such until they're at a quality you're happy with. Again, Tumblr is a vast source of art reference and art tutorial blogs where you can find out different ways of cleaning up your traditional art to make it look it's best, and how to minimise detail loss from scanning and such.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
